Whether you are planning something big like a wedding or a Quince, or something more low key like a backyard engagement party or birthday party, we have a bartending package to fit your vibe.

Our bartending service is ideal for events of 50-350 guests. We includes cups, cocktail napkins, limes, chilling trays to keep beer and wine cold, as well as bar signs and decor to elevate your bar set up. All you need to supply is the liquor and mixers. We gift you with a complimentary detailed liquor and mixers shopping list especially tailored for your drink selections and guest count. We also provide a drink menu to help you decide on your cocktails. Bar set up and bar clean up are both complimentary and do not count against your event time.

Many couples opt for an on-site caterer or taco catering for weddings and Quinces, however caterers don't cut and serve cake or clear disposable cups, napkins, or cake plates from your reception tables. You may add on a party helper to ensure these important details aren't overlooked. Our party helper will also manage self serve water and sodas for non-drinking guests.

Having a smaller, more casual event up to 50 guests? Our bartender and party helper package is ideal for simpler backyard parties. Our bartender will keep the drinks flowing while our party helper takes care of replenishing food, drink, and dessert stations. Our party helper will also clear tables of disposables and cut and serve cake. If you are planning on serving a buffet dinner with no on-site caterer, you may add on another party helper to set up and manage the buffet as well as serve guests.
